Our client, an established client services firm, is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced CEO on a temp to hire basis. The perfect candidate will be a polished and experienced professional who brings extensive knowledge and skills to the workplace. The main responsibility of this job is to partner with other members of the CEO’s support team to ensure that the CEO’s time is being utilized and managed in the most efficient manner.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar management: coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings, along with resolving any conflicts
  • Coordinate meetings including: book conference rooms, confirm attendees, gather materials, agendas, and prepare notes to be passed out
  • Prepare for events including the management of RSVPs, invitee lists, attendance, thank you notes, and reimbursements
  • Manage telephone and return call list, and handle calls from important contacts appropriately
  • Maintain the CEO’s e-mails, highlighting those that need immediate attention. Prepare appropriate follow-up on these
  • Arrange domestic and international travel details including flight details, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc.
  • Handle both personal and work matters
  • Create and manage filing system
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across teams, assuring smooth operations across the firm


Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8 years’ of support work experience with 3 years’ working for a C-level Executive
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Comprehensive business vocabulary with strong proofreading and editing abilities
  • Extremely reliable with exceptional organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Target salary: 85-100k
