Our client is one of the top independent social influencer marketing agencies in New York City. Having been a pioneer in the influencer space for over five years, they execute innovative digital media campaigns and leverage an established track record of working with the world’s top brands across the lifestyle, entertainment, CPG, and Pharmaceutical industries, including Under Armour, Pepsi, Puma, Corona, and Samsung.

They are seeking a Sales Director to join their high performance sales team, to drive and grow new business revenue from brands and their agencies. This person must be a charismatic seller, with an excellent track record of acquiring and managing new accounts, and creating unique partnership proposals to meet/exceed client expectations

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Strong ability to prospect, qualify + close new accounts
  • Strategically + creatively build + establish a pipeline to maintain a high level of activity
  • Utilize online research networking + actively participate in industry events to gain new Business Development prospects
  • Develop innovative ideas + influencer marketing solutions for Digital + PR agencies
  • Effectively communicate sales pipeline + consistently exceed sales goals by closing new accounts + upselling existing ones
  • Serve as an internal advocate for your clients by providing strategic market feedback + participating in product development

Role Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in a sales position with a track record of acquiring and managing new accounts
  • Proven ability to close new advertising deals
  • Highly motivated + a self-assured team player with strong client communication skills
