- Consult Hiring Managers to identify & shape staffing needs.
- Identify & secure new business opportunities with hiring companies through targeted Email, Direct Calling and Referral Marketing efforts.
- Translate staffing needs into detailed search criteria that informs targeted recruiting efforts.
- Manage priorities, candidate interest and negotiate accepted offers
- Develop marketing and sales strategies with Executive Leadership teams
- Identify & source qualified candidates through Direct Calling, LinkedIn, Referrals and job boards.
- Conduct in depth interviews to qualify skills, employment history and job fits
- Creatively utilize Social Media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook) to grow your network and attract top candidates
- 2+ yrs success in a sales or recruiting role. Must have the ability to articulate past sales performance.
- Strong desire to grow professionally, personally & financially
- Unflappable personal & professional integrity
- Team player, collaborative, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
