Our client, a world-class real estate firm based in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis. This position is fully on site. There is room for growth at this company, with the potential to go perm!
Job Details
- Warmly welcome visitors with top-notch customer service
- Answer, screen, and route heavy call volume in a professional manner
- Maintain log of resident calls and complaints
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders
- Assist with meeting coordination, including booking of conference rooms and catering
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Salary: $25 per hour
- Time Commitment: Temp-to-perm
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years’ Reception experience in a corporate office or high-end hospitality environment
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Customer service oriented, approachable, and level-headed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
