They are hiring an Paid Media Strategist to create and drive impactful client media strategy engagements, and cooperate with account leads to develop digital strategies that enhance the consumer experience across all digital touch points.

The Paid Media Strategist must be at the forefront of the digital, influence and social landscape  and work closely with PR and digital communications teams across one of the top consumer brands in advertising. The focus of the role will be on influencer strategy/management and measurement/optimization, with the ability to work on other consumer brand clients as needed.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create + own paid media campaigns to develop strategies, concepts + approaches for new client initiatives across all digital platforms/touch points (Content + Video + Web + Social + Influencer Strategy + Digital PR)
  • Develop a strong grasp of key client capabilities & objectives, maintain expectations to translate creative briefs
  • Help drive the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Research + identify key influencers, bloggers + online media within designated verticals
  • Work closely with team to own day-to-day operations of influencer campaigns, including influencer outreach/communications, contract negotiations, content development management, campaign reporting  + influencer invoicing
  • Ideate creative, actionable strategies for clients to appeal to specific consumer needs
  • Evaluate data to unearth consumer + category insights that inform & support multichannel digital strategies

Role Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience executing digital media strategies with a broad grasp of  Content creation + Social +  Digital PR
  • Strong grasp of paid media across FB, Instagram, Twitter, Adwords
  • Exceptional presentation + communication skills
  • Familiarity with media vendors to negotiate, sign and maintain monthly media buys
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for new and innovative approaches
