Our client is one of the leading agencies within the CPG, Lifestyle and Healthcare categories. They pinpoint what motivates consumers to buy, and aid top brands in enhancing the consumer experience across the digital ecosystem.  Their team is made up of some of the most recognized innovators in Digital, Communications, Creative and Public Relations that value creating innovative approaches through collaboration.

They are seeking a Marketing Director to pilot marketing for the agency in creative ways that lead to recognition and ultimately support new business. This person will collaborate closely with a best in class management team including the Chief Creative, Chief Digital Officers, as well as other creative and PR leads on innovative marketing concepts.


  • Manage all marketing planned for the next calendar year, in partnership with CCO and leadership  team
  • Perform market research to monitor competitors and keep abreast of all trends in the industry and update staff as needed
  • Understand and articulate the company's value propositions and communicate through presentations, print and social media
  • Formulate and recommend a sound overall marketing and communications strategy for each fiscal year, in collaboration with company leadership and external agency advisors
  • Assist with projects including website updates, advertising opportunities and other marketing projects and collaborate with our creative and social  team to create new marketing materials for the agency
  • Continue relationship building with various broker partners, leadership groups, regional business organizations and seek out new possible relationships as well
  • Oversee and stay on target with marketing budget
  • Handle project management for events and marketing work- from walk through and on-site inspections with clients, to logistics and execution


  • 6-8 years of  marketing experience preferably for a brand or agency (pending level of application)
  • Strong strategic and conceptual skills
  • Experience creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan, alone as well as with a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task in high paced fast turn-around environment
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Office; Google Slides, and experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Experience in the PR/ agency environment a plus
  • An established and well connected list of contacts
  • Experience working with writers, developers and team focused creative process
