Our client, an established financial advisory firm, is looking for a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator in their Manhattan office. Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic recruiting and administrative support
  • Heavy calendar management, scheduling for multiple calendars
  • Complete background checks for new hires
  • Write and send offer letters to prospective new hires
  • Manage all jobs in the ATS and on the company website including posting, deleting and reviewing
  • Build strong relationships with the Human Resources team
  • Help organize and direct the internship program

Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Prior experience in recruiting or Human Resources
  • Experience with Workday and/or any Applicant Tracking System
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize

Salary: $65-70K + paid OT
