Our client, a renowned Biotech firm, is searching for a Human Resources Office Administrator for their New York City office. This position will coordinate assigned HR activities to ensure that HR, legal matters, and office management are streamlined and effective for a smooth operation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.

Human Resources Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support and assist with other related duties as assigned
  • Coordinate office security and building maintenance
  • Manage the office equipment maintenance and upkeep of office supplies
  • Assist in the hiring process including on-boarding, orientation, benefit enrollment process, drafting offer letters, processing background checks, etc.
  • Organize internal meetings
  • Coordinate and release Employee messages
  • Maintain data files such as Phone lists, birthdays, job anniversaries and organize the appropriate activities

Human Resources Office Administrator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years related work experience and/or internship preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Must possess excellent written, organizational, and communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office

Salary: $55-65k
