This position will play a key role in building on this culture in partnership with the highest levels of firm management; to ensure best in class employee experience, performance management & productive collaboration.



-Refine & execute comprehensive firm wide talent management & assignment framework

-Continuously improve & manage recruiting process

-Streamline & simplify existing & new talent-related processes that scale as the firm grows

-Ensure compliance w/legal & regulatory HR matters

-Act as a liaison between employees & leadership

-Manage & delegate tasks to a team of talent-focused employees 


-4-6 years in talent, human resources or human capital at a professional services firm such as consulting, architecture, engineering, accounting, law

-Experience in performance management, employee relations, culture building, career pathing, professional development, & diversity & inclusion

-Creative, innovative & solution oriented

-Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills

-Ability to make data driven decisions
