Description

Gainor Staffing’s client, a global Private Equity firm, is seeking to immediately hire a  senior level HR Coordinator or Administrative Assistant that has experience working with Human Resources and Human Capital departments.

This role reports into the Head of Talent and will play an integral role in the Human Capital Business Partner team. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of previous HR administrative experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main support for the HR team
  • Heavy phone and calendar management, travel planning, and expense reconciliation
  • Responsible for the Workday system and database management
  • Manage the off-boarding process by scheduling interviews, making sure that outbound employees have paperwork, and that all property and technology has been returned
  • Maintain hardcopy and electronic employment documents
  • Draft offer letters, emails, PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and various other documents
  • Assist with the administration of the summer intern program
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR and/or Administrative Assistant experience
  • Experience working with teams in Human Capital or Financial Services is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working with confidential information and having a high level of discretion
  • Experience working with high level executives
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, experience using Applicant Tracking System/CRM preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

 

Salary $70k range
