Gainor Staffing is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator in their newly renovated Midtown Manhattan office. In this role, you will take part in HR activities and make tangible contributions to the revenue generation of our firm. You will work in a collaborative team environment where all of the teams join together to celebrate success and support each other.

Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding of new hires
  • Facilitate temporary staff payroll through outreach and troubleshooting
  • Assist with compliance, regulations, and update documents accordingly
  • Create and update weekly reports of activity and status changes
  • Data entry and updates in applicant tracking system/HRIS
  • Assist with internal operations such as monthly birthday celebrations and company website maintenance
  • Provide Reception coverage daily

Human Resources Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education plus internships
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic knowledge of HR fundamentals
  • Spectacular attention to detail, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technology
