Gainor Staffing is representing an internationally distinguished law firm who is looking for an Human Resources Assistant. This is an opportunity to work in collaboration with an excellent team, and for a company Executive. Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage details of new hire orientation including conference room booking and calendar invites
  • Assist with on-boarding including paperwork, events, and other needed materials
  • Coordinate various HR meetings
  • Handle appointment scheduling and travel coordination for HR employees
  • Answer and screen phone calls, taking detailed messages as needed
  • Plan and organize HR team’s company parties and gatherings
  • Assist with employee verification when necessary
  • Process some invoices and submit receipts
  • Help with additional ad hoc projects and back-up administrative coverage

Human Resources Assistant Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience of administrative support
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Proven ability to work in a team and independently
