HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively work and consult with employees and leadership to execute employee relations responsibilities
  • Work with senior HR partner and leaders to anticipate and resolve any foreseeable employee issues, and recommend retention strategies
  • Liaise with other departments in all job change transactions and maintain all employee sponsorship requests and extensions
  • Partner with facilities team to be aware of new changes and announcements
  • Promote and maintain company culture by advocating for accountability and trust
  • Recommend and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

HR Generalist Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior experience of M & A experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Salary: $70-75K
