Our client, an international investment firm with offices in NYC, is seeking an HR Generalist. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week out of their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The firm offers an excellent benefits package, including generous PTO.
Job Details
- Manage open enrollment and assist with benefits administration
- Maintain confidential employee data in HRIS
- Collaborate with HR Director on recruiting for junior roles
- Process new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications
- Manage employee compliance with legally mandated trainings
- Assist with compensation review cycle
- Communicate with vendors and manage invoices
- Salary: $120-125k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years’ HR experience
- Must have experience with benefits administration
- Must have HRIS experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
