HR Generalist

Our client, a world class strategic financial services firm, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist. This firm prides itself on its collaborative environment and great work/life balance. Job Details

• Manage confidential employee data in Workday
• Act as a resource for HR questions on policies, benefits, and more
• Research, design, and implement HR policies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions
• Manage HR department projects
• Oversee key components of new employee onboarding
• Write, proofread, and distribute company-wide HR communications
• Create PowerPoint presentations and other meeting materials
• Salary: $90-100k annually, based on experience – plus bonus!

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years’ HR experience
• Must have Workday experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong project management and PowerPoint presentation skills
• Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
