Our client is a leading law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in NYC. The position is hybrid and requires 2-3 days in the office per week. They offer excellent benefits, including benefits from Day 1, 401(k), and unlimited PTO!
Job Details
- Keep employee files up to date and manage data in HRIS
- Process onboardings, including new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Manage key elements of benefits administration, including Open Enrollment
- Assist with development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures
- Provide support for annual review cycle and administer performance management system
- Special projects, as assigned
- Salary: $90-120k range, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years’ Human Resources generalist experience
- Must have HRIS and benefits administration experience
- SHRM or PHR certification, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
