Our client, an internationally renowned architecture firm based in NYC, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the HR team. The position is remote, with monthly visits to the main office in New York. Job Details
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance
- Act as main HR contact for multiple directors, divisions, and offices
- Drive employee engagement and retention efforts
- Lead recruiting function and determine strategic hiring needs
- Manage annual performance and compensation reviews
- Research and implement changes to improve departmental processes
- Ensure departmental compliance with local and federal laws
- Salary: $180-200k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and SPHR certification preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources leadership roles
- Experienced in developing and implementing HR strategy and building teams
- Must have experience overseeing HR for multiple offices
- Confident working with all levels of employees and leadership
- Deep working knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, local and federal labor laws
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
