Our client, a rapidly growing entertainment/media company, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Human Capital Management team in NYC. In this role you will serve as business adviser in all HR capacities, developing solutions and enabling the growth of the company. This position will be reporting directly to the Managing HR Director.

  • Act as single point of contact on all HR functions, including organization design, workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, coaching and feedback
  • Provide consultative and strategic support to corporate office as well as all client organizations
  • Partner with other HR departments including recruiting, HR operations, total rewards, talent management, training and other functions to support the needs of the business
  • Manage employee relations and workers’ compensation issues
  • Ensure that all human resources processes, policies, and practices are implemented consistently and be aware of evolving regulatory changes and their implications for the organization

Looking for Someone Who:

  • Possesses 10+ years of professional HR experience, including experience supporting different types of client organizations across multiple companies

  • Is a problem solver, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: $140k-$160k plus bonus
