As the HR Business Partner, you will work amongst, support, and develop a team of about 200 staff members. HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside company management to collaboratively discuss and carry out business decisions by providing broad knowledge and experience with talent acquisition
  • Ensure efficient business development and success by creating strategies, and assisting with fixing current critical policies that are not beneficial to the company
  • Teach leaders to enhance performance management, career development, employee relations and team design
  • Assist with management’s personal development through guidance and coaching
  • Establish one-on-one meetings with employees, creating open communication for employees to encourage and measure employee engagement
  • Determine learning and development requirements for staff
  • Maintain a company environment that promotes career planning, fair opportunity and advancement, and internal mobility
  • Assist with company engagement and employee retention


HR Business Partner Qualifications:

  • Background in media company highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years’ experience within a fast paced, growing company
  • Expert skills in recruiting, employee and labor relations, and organizational development
  • Management skills with strong focus on relationship development
  • Ability to advise, strategize, and execute plans to reach business goals
  • Dynamic, independent, and motivated worker with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Data-oriented with the ability to analyze priorities, progress, and results
  • Excellent communication skills with an approachable, mature demeanor


Salary: 140-150k + bonus
