Our client is a world-class financial institution and industry titan. They are seeking an Executive Receptionist to join their office on a long-term temporary basis. This is an in-office position, based in Pasadena, California.

Job Details 

  • Greet visitors and provide seamless experience to executives and VIP clients 
  • Answer phone calls in a friendly, professional manner 
  • Screen calls with discretion and route appropriately 
  • Manage conference room and event bookings in EMS 
  • Provide support for office events 
  • Act as an overall hospitality and customer service resource 
  • Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 2+ years’ experience in a client services / reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment 
  • EMS or similar booking system experience, highly preferred 
  • Must have flexible morning/evening availability to support events as needed 
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service 
  • Highest standard of confidentiality 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
