Our client, a private equity firm, is looking for an Executive Receptionist to help support their New York City office. The ideal candidate will be a polished professional with strong computer and interpersonal skills.

Executive Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally
  • Book all conferences and events
  • Screen all phone calls and record messages as needed
  • Address all guest and staff concerns
  • Maintain visual standards by keeping work area tidy
  • Additional administrative support as needed

Executive Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years’ prior experience with Receptionist/Hospitality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills

Salary: $50K
