Executive Receptionist

Our client is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to work alongside the current Office Manager. The ideal candidate should be confident in an ad hoc environment, thorough, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to oversee multiple short and long term tasks to completion with minimal supervision.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize.

Executive Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative activities including answering phones, filing, copying, faxing, scanning, organizing courier pick-ups/delivery, processing incoming and outgoing mail,
  • First point of contact and host for both internal and external clients and consultants
  • Coordinate office meetings
  • Run office related errands as needed
  • Communicate with IT department and office equipment support as needed
  • Maintain office condition through daily tidying, organizing, and arranging for necessary repairs in collaboration with the Office Manager

Executive Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem analysis and assessment, and the ability to clearly communicate issues to supervisors
  • Planning and organizing
  • Time and work management
  • Initiative, integrity and adaptability

Salary: $50 – 55k
