Description

Our client, a high-end New York based Investment firm, is seeking to hire an experienced Executive Receptionist that has prior administrative experience. Ideal candidates for this role have 3+ years of administrative experience, excellent Microsoft office skills, are highly organized, and have a very strong attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and attend the visitors
  • Book, manage, and set-up conference rooms and calendars (ordering food when requested)
  • Maintain reception area
  • Maintain kitchen and pantry, keep drinks and food stocked
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Sort and distribute mail and courier packages
  • Book travel, flights, car services, reservations, etc. when requested
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Various ad hoc projects and requested by the COO and/or Office Manager

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once

 

Salary $60K - $65K +   discretionary bonus + benefits
