Our client, a cutting-edge experiential marketing agency is in search of an Executive Personal Assistant to support their Founder/CEO. Their clients include incredible brands like Tito's Vodka, West Elm, Red Bull, Dell, and Oreo! This role is dynamic and fast-paced. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, have great writing skills, and the ability to work independently to find solutions. This role will require little overtime and regular office hours.

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Heavy calendar management, including business and personal

·         Complex travel coordination including domestic and international and creation of full itineraries

·         Prepare for and gather materials for meetings

·         Handle expense reports

·         Answer and screen all telephone calls promptly and serve as a strong gatekeeper

·         Handle REASONABLE personal matters for CEO including medical claims, managing personal calendar/travel, personal expenses

·         Draft professional correspondence often on behalf of the CEO

 

Executive Assistant Requirements:

·         3+ years of Personal or Executive Assistant experience

·         Ability to be proative and work independently

·         Analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities

·         Effectively multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

·         Impeccable attention to detail

 

Salary: $65-75K depending on experience
