Our client, a commercial real estate firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support two members of the executive team. Applicants should be prepared to work in a creative, fast paced environment where the highest standard of work is expected at all times. You must have superior skills in supporting executives who are business minded and focused. The position is a temp-to-perm opportunity. Preference will be placed on candidates who have the potential to be hired as permanent employees later in the year.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar management including coordination of all travel schedules, event planning and reservations for executive team
  • Draft and edit correspondence
  • Review and process expense reports
  • Have a no job is to small attitude and be flexible to learn new technology
  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials and reports
  • Set up and arrange logistics for in-house meetings and conference calls
  • Order office supplies and maintain functional work space
  • Actively seek ways to solve problems and handle highly confidential information

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting senior level executives
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to function highly in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills and adept at interfacing with internal contacts, Board members and investors
  • Superior organizational skills, emotional intelligence and self-motivation

Salary: $26-32/hr.
