Our client, a top-rated global private equity firm is currently seeking an Executive Assistant.  The ideal candidate will be capable of interacting with staff of all levels in a fast paced environment.  It is crucial that the EA stay positive, flexible, resourceful, and efficient, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a variety of complex meetings with attention to different time zones
  • Extensive calendar management in Outlook. Prepare all necessary documents/presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Organize heavy travel arrangements across multiple cities. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure accuracy across time zones.
  • Create and modify Marketing Materials and PowerPoint presentations
  • Update executives’ calendars as needed
  • Produce and maintain detailed Excel reports and Word documents
  • Create/reconcile expense reports in an accurate and timely manner using Concur
  • Ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines
  • Guarantee that appropriate decision-making protocols are being followed
  • Respond to requests promptly with accuracy and a courteous demeanor

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience at the executive level
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Team player who is able to work with other admins on projects and deliverables
  • Financial/professional services experience preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines with grace and professionalism

Salary: 80k-85k
