Executive Assistant Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support on team with a senior level EA/PA and Chief of Staff
  • Heavy calendar management, meeting, and travel coordination
  • Answering and screening calls and maintaining contact lists
  • Preparing documents and routine client correspondence
  • Work with the executive support team and group admins to accommodate needs for project
  • Handle inquiries by directing to appropriate team members or answering, ensuring urgent matters are taken care of promptly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across teams
  • Ad hoc errands and requests


Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years’ of administrative experience in professional services, financial services or a family office
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience providing support to multiple individuals and interacting with the C-suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
  • Confident and the ability to work with multiple different personalities
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Assertive but flexible personality to meet with the company’s and Partner’s changing needs
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills


Salary: $85-100k
