Our client, an international Real Estate firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a team of Brokers in their New York City office. This firm has developed its roots for over a century, differentiating itself among the rest because of its breadth of knowledge and research.

As the Executive Assistant, you have the opportunity to work with and learn from the most experienced professionals in the industry. This ideal candidate must be extremely organized with a professional demeanor to meet the fast-paced demands of the job.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex calendar management and scheduling
  • International and domestic travel coordination
  • Process and manage expense reports
  • Maintain and edit files
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Other ad hoc duties as needed

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ of Executive / Administrative support experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the proven ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Illustrator and InDesign experience a plus

Salary: $70-85K
