Our client, a Real Estate Investment firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a team of Executives in their New York City office. This role requires a candidate with a professional demeanor, and assertive, take-charge attitude in order to keep all administrative and operational duties running smoothly. This Executive Assistant position is critical to the success of the business.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Executive calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Act as liaison between Executives, managers, and assistants to ensure seamless, constant communication
  • Oversee projects and paperwork submitted to Executives, ensuring timely submission and proofread work
  • Take charge of special projects for Executives and supervise everyday office function
  • Proactively obtain needed information for Executives
  • Maintain and edit files and reports
  • Review correspondence daily and ensure timely follow-up
  • Handle incoming mail and incoming calls
  • Provide all administrative support to the Executive team and any ad hoc duties as needed

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of Executive administrative / support experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Self-motivated and diligent on follow-up
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Real Estate/ Construction knowledge is a plus

Salary: $70-85K + paid OT
