Our client is an established digital marketing agency focused on enhancing the online presence of growing & established brands through Search Engine Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Videos, Design, PR, Analytics and Reporting. They are a team of energetic, eclectic, creative and hardworking people dedicated to online success and work life balance.

They are seeking to hire a Digital Director with strong, client facing, team leading digital media experience, to be the agency team lead across a mix of client brands including a global B to B brand and CPG brands. With the support of a high performing Media Buying team, this person will lead impactful digital marketing and media campaign strategy, providing strategic, operational and tactical direction to media, content and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize with team and clients to develop digital media programs and campaigns to deliver on client objectives 
  • Motivate & lead the agency team responsible for PPC, Display, SEO, Paid Social, and Analytics (contractors and in-house)
    • Assign work and manage campaign progress through project management system
    • Offer data-informed optimization recommendations to maximize campaign performance 
    • Guide both clients & internal teams with POVs and insights based on industry best practices 
    • Keep all team members apprised of innovations and advances that can improve work and client performance for 
  • Partner closely with agency management to ensure best in class digital marketing capabilities & client service
  • Ensure our client insights and deliverables reflecting commitment to excellence and delivering on brand marketing value 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience managing high-performance paid digital (SEM, Display, Paid Social) 
  • At least 3 years of managing the work of other digital marketing specialists to high-quality standards and timelines
  • Google Analytics and other certifications a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
