Description

Their digital media team is fast growing, tech-forward and fully integrated within the internal creative, PR, Content & strategy practices. They are seeking a Digital Assoicate Media Director to lead a team in their growing Chicago office driving results for leading client accounts that include an iconic food brand. The AMD will distill client objectives into impactful digital media & paid social media strategies.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Lead and manage the implementation of campaign strategy, planning, management, budgeting/forecasting, optimization and reporting to build the brand reach of high profile accounts
- Serve as primary point of contact for all client questions and requests
- Originate and manage the implementation of innovative, first to market communications plans & media activations
- Lead improvements in media team work process by presenting and implementing process improvements to the media team
- Work seamlessly with internal Creative, PR, Strategy & Analytics teams, delivering a smooth client experience and work product
- Build and develop relationships with vendors, and internal agency counterparts
- Stay abreast of and inform clients about opportunities and marketplace challenges
- Train, develop, evaluate and mentor junior staff to success
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4-6 years digital media planning, activaiton & buying experience with a strong grasp of paid social strategies & activations
- Proven ability in training and leading a high achieving media team
