A snapshot of your background:

  • 3+ years in the marketing, digital or design industries
  • 1+ year succeeding in a staffing or sales role
  • Possess an understanding of the creative process, digital landscape and ad agency life.
  • Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Strong grasp of recruiting database technology, social media and search engines.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate creative portfolios
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Planning and metric results driven
