Description

Gainor Staffing’s client, a well-established NYC based real-estate firm, is seeking to immediately hire a Construction Administrator. In this role you will assist the Construction Services Development Group and will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and reporting on all administrative processes.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with preparation of Purchase Orders, Contract, and Change Orders
  • Assist Project Leaders with communications
  • Assist in the documentation of the punch list process
  • Track preparation of contracts from initial stages to contract signing and monitor progress on insurance requirements
  • Assist in the organization of all Lender and Partnership requirements related to proper documentation inclusive of monthly Bank Draws
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
  • Answer, screen, and direct telephones and messages
  • Process and distribute incoming mail
  • Administer the group’s retention and offsite archive policy
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Coordinate use of all conference rooms and meeting places
  • Arrange travel, hotel, car reservations as required

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related experience in construction and/or real-estate
  • Previous experience in contract administration
  • College degree or equivalent experience in a related field of study

 

Salary $55,000 - $65,000 + bonus incentive, competitive benefits package with 401K (with company match)
