Our client is a well-known law firm that is looking for a stellar Administrative/Personal Assistant to add to their team.  This position will work in partnership with another assistant to support a busy partner within the firm and handle travel coordination and the managing of calendars.  The ideal candidate will be consistently available, has a positive can do attitude, and is accustomed to a fast-paced office setting.

Administrative/Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of travel (domestic and international)
  • Provide administrative support during travel- on call after hours
  • Process expense reports, check requests and corporate credit card statements
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Inbox and correspondence management
  • Backup administrative coverage

Administrative/Personal Assistant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Available for on call support, including nights and weekends
  • 3-6 years of experience in administrative/personal support (professional services experience preferred)
  • Professional with a positive attitude
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary: $60-70k
