Gainor Staffing is representing an established Real Estate company that is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their CEO. This firm's developments have totaled over 13 million square feet and have taken place in nearly every commercial and residential submarket of Manhattan! The Administrative Assistant will work directly and collaborate with the CEO’s current personal assistant to ensure every detail is properly taken care of and managed. The current assistant will serve as an incredible mentor and a fantastic teammate!

Administrative Assistant to CEO Responsibilities:

  • Handle heavy calendar management – scheduling of meetings and appointments with frequent changes
  • Manage all phone calls, appropriately directing them and relaying messages
  • Assist with administrative tasks of travel arrangements such as typing detailed itineraries
  • Update and maintain contact lists
  • Take care of all filing needs
  • Any additional ad hoc duties as needed

Administrative Assistant to CEO Requirements:

  • Prior experience providing Administrative Support
  • Exceptional work ethic, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Close attention to detail
  • Professional, poised demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills

 

Salary: $60-65K
