Our client is a synagogue in Larchmont, New York. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team. This position is fully on site, and they offer an excellent benefits package! 

Job Details 

  • Provide general administrative assistance to clergy and educators 
  • Act as a friendly, welcoming resource for congregant inquiries 
  • Answer phones and assist with mailings 
  • Manage calendars, including meeting scheduling and conflict resolution 
  • Salary Range: $50-60k annually, based on experience 
  • Excellent benefits package includes health insurance, generous PTO, and 401k! 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 3+ years of office administrative experience 
  • Preferred familiarity with Jewish practices and terminology 
  • Tech savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Highest standard of professionalism and discretion 
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communications, and organizational skills
