Our client, a leading Architecture firm, is seeking to immediately hire an Administrative Assistant to join their cohesive team on a temp-to-perm basis. In this position you will report directly into the Office Manager and will work to provide comprehensive office support. Duties will involve Principal support, Project Management support and Office Support.

Ideal candidates for this role have prior experience working in an office support capacity, exhibit a high level of professionalism and take initiative on tasks.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with license/registration applications and renewals
  • Calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and event registrations
  • Support travel arrangements
  • Assist with AIA contracts and other correspondence
  • Coordinate office calendars and conference room reservations
  • Logistics and preparations of food and materials for meetings
  • Special event coordination
  • Reception desk coverage
  • Welcome and provide assistance to visitors


Qualification include, but are not limited to:

  • 3+ years of office support experience
  • Prior experience working in architecture/ engineering preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong eye for detail
  • Effective communication, verbal, listening and writing skills
  • Collaborative work ethic
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Adobe CS and DeltekVision is a big plus


Salary $50,000 - $60,000
