Gainor Staffing is representing a Real Estate firm that is looking for a temp-to-perm Administrative Assistant for their Midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management, and will be able to efficiently multi-task in the fast paced environment.


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate employees
  • Act as liaison with all outside vendors such as designers, engineers, etc.
  • Manage coordination and communication with outside vendors
  • Alert proper staff to any vendor conflicts and ensure resolution
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, lease terms and prepare all necessary legal notices
  • Manage rent collection and expense payments
  • Write and proofread all correspondence and reports
  • Other ad hoc duties as needed


Administrative Assistant Requirements

  • Prior experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management
  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Yardi or MRI
  • Exceptional work ethic, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Close attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Salary: $50-60K
