Our client, a financial services firm specializing in real estate investment, is looking for a stellar Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This position will support a group of individuals, ranging from managing directors to analysts, across several investment practice areas. Duties will involve travel coordination and the managing of phones and calendars.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of travel (domestic and international)
  • Process travel expense reports, check requests and corporate credit card statements
  • Calendar management and meeting scheduling
  • Inbox and correspondence management
  • Create and accurate files
  • Backup administrative coverage

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably with experience in the financial services industry
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across various teams
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Concur for travel and expenses
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
