Gainor Staffing is representing a unique opportunity to work for one of the largest real estate investment managers in the Americas. This firm is in need of an Administrative Assistant to support two Managing Directors and four Senior Vice-Presidents in their New York City office. As the Administrative Assistant you will contribute to their teams by ensuring all necessary details and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will be responsible, self-motivating, and is able to solve complex issues.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handle all domestic and international travel coordination, including details such as flights, hotels, and car services
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling
  • Heavy expense reporting
  • Preparation, editing, and proofreading documents and correspondence
  • Meeting organization, including conference room reservations and catering
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, taking accurate messages as necessary
  • PowerPoint presentation and Excel workbook preparation and editing
  • Backup administrative coverage as needed

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ experience (preferably in financial services industry)
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Extremely detail-oriented with an ability to learn quickly
  • Positive Attitude
  • Proficient in Concur

Salary: $65-75k
