Our client, a prestigious advertising and marketing company, is searching for an Administrative Assistant on a Temp to Perm basis in their New York City office. This offers the opportunity to work for a well-established company that has been around for decades with offices in San Francisco all the way to Tokyo. This position will support different positions throughout the office, so an individual who is capable of being flexible is a must. The ideal candidate will also be a mature, experienced individual with excellent communication skills.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct all visitors at the office with a professional, warm welcome
  • Manage all incoming calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate employees
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Conduct travel arrangements
  • Regulate and handle the processing of expenses
  • Additional administrative support as needed

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2 years of prior administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a team and independently

Salary: $50-55k
