An established, data-driven digital & creative agency that specializes in generating game-changing Digital ecosystems & Content for brands with an objective is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to evangelize a best in class employee experience for their passionate team of technical & conceptual people. 

This position will lead a team of talent-focused professionals and play a leading role in building on their well-developed culture as a member of the Leadership Team, partnering closely with the C-suite. This person will introduce and implement programs that ensure a best in class employee experience, performance management & productive collaboration among a diverse employee population.


-Refine & execute comprehensive talent management & assignment framework

-Continuously improve & support the recruiting process

-Coordinate employee development plans and performance management 

-Streamline & simplify existing & new talent-related processes that scale as the firm grows

-Play an active role on the company’s Leadership Committee with C level leaders

-Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.

-Ensure compliance w/legal & regulatory HR matters

-Play an active role in listening to and taking necessary action on employee concerns

-Act as a liaison between employees & leadership

-Manage & support the development team of talent-focused employees 


-4-7 years in talent, human resources or human capital at an agency or fast paced consulting firm 

-Experience in performance management, employee relations, culture building, career pathing, professional development, & diversity & inclusion

-Creative, innovative & solution oriented

-Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills

-Ability to make data driven decisions
