Our client, a high-end Architecture & Design firm, is seeking to hire an experienced temp-to-perm Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist. Ideal candidates for this role have 2+ years of administrative experience, excellent Microsoft office skills, are highly organized, and have a very strong attention to detail.

Salary $20 - $23 /hr  

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and attend to visitors
  • Book, manage, and set-up conference rooms and calendars
  • Maintain reception area
  • Maintain kitchen and pantry, keep drinks and food stocked
  • ¬†Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Sort and distribute mail and courier packages
  • Book travel, flights, car services, reservations, etc. when requested
  • Various ad hoc projects


  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Self-starter that is proactive and able to prioritize tasks
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
