Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Career Development Events Coordinator to collaborate with various departments while reporting to the Director of Career Development. The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized, motivated individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Career Development Events Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event planning, training conferences, and events for attorneys
  • Organize lateral associate integration
  • Track coaching roster including external consultant and coach invoices
  • Track junior associate observation opportunities
  • Maintain marketing materials and career development forms
  • Update internal training database enhancing user experience
  • Collaborate with design, marketing and legal personnel teams to execute flawless programs

Career Development Events Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of work experience in professional services in training & development or talent management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $65-75k
