First impressions are very important to us and are a major indicator for a person’s potential success, particularly in a customer service role. When Margot met this particular candidate, he was punctual, extremely well dressed and clearly spoken. Margot was confident that this person would excel in our building concierge service.

Margot sent him over to an existing account whose desk was fully staffed. Confident in the match, Margot suggested that this person be used on standby. After proving himself to the Head of Global Security, he was soon offered a long term assignment and eventually promoted to Concierge Supervisor. As Concierge Supervisor, this individual oversees eight concierges and was nominated for the American Staffing Association’s 2007 temporary employee of the year!
